TONIGHT! On tonight’s show, we’ll get a healthy dose of crip culture as we talk to author and activist Mike Ervin about the Access Project at Victory Gardens Theater in Chicago, which includes a theater writing workshop and the monthly “Crip Slam” event, which this month featured excerpts and performers from the show “Sins Invalid“, which will be featured in a documentary. We will also touch base with Portlight Strategies about ongoing emergency relief efforts for people with disabilities and the second annual “Getting It Right” conference which will take place in New Jersey June 26-27. This and more on tonight’s Largest Minority Radio Show, on the air at 9 PM Eastern time on WBAI 99.5 FM New York, and streaming live (and archived) at http://www.wbai.org Tune in!
