Independent Living Centers

Independent Living Centers (ILCs or CILs) are a national network of cross disability organizations created to advance the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities. These centers are funded with federal and state governments monies, and (in theory) directed by people with disabilities. We at the Largest Minority encourage all disabled folks to get involved with their local ILC to help with advocacy efforts and lend a hand.
